We're two sisters united by our love for exceptional matcha.
After tasting hundreds of matchas across the world, from specialty cafés to traditional tea ceremonies, we knew we had to share what we discovered.
We traveled to Japan, met with tea farmers, and found our partners: fifth-generation family farms in Fujieda, near Mt. Fuji. Their matcha, grown at 500m elevation and stone ground using methods passed down for generations, was everything we'd been searching for.
Mini's Matcha is dedicated to my younger sister, Mini, who shares this passion with me. Now we bring that same quality directly to you. Complex, naturally sweet matcha with no bitterness. Perfect in lattes, beautiful on its own.
